Geff or “Mon Ami”, as he is fondly known, enjoys a wealth of experience within the insurance industry coupled with innate business acumen. He successfully spearheaded Success Brokers since inception and has fulfilled a lifetime goal to build and grow a sustainable business that is now led by his son, Simon.
SIMON GEFFROY
DIRECTOR – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – KEY INDIVIDUAL
Simon is the driving force behind the continued success of the business. His career began in 1998 when he studied as a Certified Financial Planner and became involved in the business. After years of honing his craft and proving his mettle, he took on the role of CEO in 2010. His tenure has been characterised by an expansion strategy that capitalises on growth from new and existing markets. The opening of the Cape Town office is a notable recent achievement, as well as acquiring 4 businesses.
Simon understands the complexity of steering a business within the fourth industrial revolution straddling rapid digital innovation and global transformation with local impact. Change is the currency of success and he ensures that his team remains inspired to deliver tangible results for our clients.
Ivan Perovic
Executive Portfolio Manager
Ivan is an accomplished adviser with a strong background in finance and a commitment to excellence. Holding a BCom Honours degree and 12+ years’ experience, Ivan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Known for attention to detail and a solutions driven approach, Ivan navigates complex financial landscapes with precision. He listens to clients, understands their goals, and builds strong, lasting relationships.
